Return Policy

We aren’t happy unless you’re happy. If you aren’t absolutely satisfied with your purchase of any Cable Corral product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any taxes and shipping charges.

If we determine that your return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, finish color or quantity, TechDek Products will either refund the purchase price (including return shipping) or quickly send you a replacement. All returns must include a copy of the receipt that includes the date and price of the original purchase.

We will send an email notification of the status of the return after receiving your request.
